~ One Mind · One Earth · One Humanity ~
Our mission is to raise awareness and inspire people to reconnect with nature, rediscover inner peace, and cultivate harmony within themselves, while promoting sustainability and protecting our ecosystems.
Through our initiatives, we encourage mindful living, environmental stewardship, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
At Anahata, we believe healing begins when people feel seen, supported, and connected to something greater than themselves. Founded on the conviction that every human being — regardless of age or ability — deserves to live with dignity, joy and wholeness, we create enriching spaces where the elderly and specially-abled can truly thrive.
Our programmes go beyond care — they build community. Through yoga, nature immersion, creative expression and meaningful social connection, we address the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of well-being, restoring what isolation and circumstance can take away.

From humble weekend yoga sessions to a growing sanctuary — the story of Anahata began with one man's belief that community can heal.
A small group gathered every weekend guided by Kiran, who offered yoga and breathing exercises to the elderly and specially-abled. Within months, students showed remarkable change — less stress, more joy, more smiles.
Kiran returned to his native village, Ravandur, laying the foundation for his dream: a space dedicated to natural healing. He created a serene, nurturing environment where people could reconnect with nature and themselves.
Anahata Charitable Trust now operates two flagship programs — Karunashraya for the elderly and Shanthidhama for the specially-abled — serving families with holistic care, yoga, mindfulness and creative expression.
We create spaces where people can reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and rediscover harmony within themselves.
More than a place — it is a home. A warm, welcoming day-care center nestled in peaceful Ravandur, offering safety, companionship, and meaningful time for elderly individuals who need care and community.
A sanctuary of hope and healing — a vibrant, nature-embraced creative haven where differently-abled individuals can rejuvenate, build connections, and rediscover their unique strengths and potential.
A glimpse into the lives we touch — through yoga, play, care and connection.
Your generosity — whatever the amount — helps us provide care, dignity and belonging to the elderly and specially-abled in our community.
